We are looking for a professional, well-presented, and reliable IT Field Service Technician to join our team in Port Elizabeth (Gqeberha).

This role is ideal for someone with solid technical skills, hands-on field service experience, and a strong work ethic. The successful candidate must be comfortable working on-site, travelling extensively, and providing excellent service to clients.

Minimum Requirements

• Fluent in Afrikaans and English
• Valid driver’s license
• Updated A+ and N+ certifications
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Windows 8, 10, and 11
• Experience with access control and biometric systems
• Experience with CCTV installation and setup
• Network installation experience
• Previous field service experience required
• Must be neat, professional, and well-groomed

Experience Required

• Minimum 5 years field service experience

• Must be based in or willing to work in Port Elizabeth (Gqeberha)

Travel Requirement

• Must be willing to travel 100%
