We are looking for a professional, well-presented, and reliable IT Field Service Technician to join our team in Johannesburg.

This role is ideal for someone with strong technical skills, hands-on field service experience, and a strong work ethic. The successful candidate must be comfortable working on-site at client locations, travelling extensively, and delivering excellent service.

Minimum Requirements

• Fluent in Afrikaans and English
• Valid driver’s license
• Updated A+ and N+ certifications
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Windows 8, 10, and 11
• Experience with access control and biometric systems
• Experience with CCTV installation and setup
• Network installation experience
• Previous field service experience required
• Must be neat, professional, and well-groomed

Experience Required

• Minimum 2 years field service experience

Location Requirement

• Must be based in or willing to work in Johannesburg, Gauteng

Travel Requirement

• Must be willing to travel extensively (up to 100%)
